While Arizona police are frantically looking for the 84-year-old grandma, the FBI is looking into letters from internet trolls threatening co-host Savannah Guthrie of the “Today” program with threats regarding her mother’s disappearance.
A nutcase wrote Guthrie a letter claiming to have knowledge about the kidnapping, but it was filled with insults. According to law enforcement officials, the author also alluded to the January 6 US Capitol disturbance and alleged murderer Luigi Mangione.And that’s just one of numerous letters that have been emerging since Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, disappeared from her Tucson home Saturday night.
